David Halmos (and family)

Planes:   RV-10 (building)

The Start

David, Claudine and Gaby Halmos decided to fill up their garage with parts for a Van's RV-10.  Fills that space up pretty fast, indeed.

In this picture you can see the quick build components, including fuselage, wings, finishing kit, as well as the ubiquitous and handy EAA-1000 work tables.

Where do I put these?

As David explains, "The project began in March of 2010 with the purchase of the RV-10 empennage kit. In the year that has passed since then, the empennage is complete and the quickbuild wings and fuselage are in the garage. Work on the fuselage began last week (April, 2011)."

Halmos Greeting!

Gaby, the inspector, doesn't think David's technique is up to par!  That expression is priceless.

David's Turn

David points out "if you look closely (in a one of the above photos), my friend and fellow RV builder, Shannon Miller, is in a picture." Nice work on the rudder.

Catch up with David at the HIllsboro Flying Club, where he is busy flying their
C-172 and C-182.

Nice work, guys, but how are you going to get it out of the garage?
