In this case\, financial aid for a youth can be discussed if needed. \n  \nBuild and Fly -Schedule for 2026 \n2/15\, 3/1\, 3/15\, 3/29\, 4/12\, 4/26\, 5/10\, 5/24\, 6/14\, 6/28\, 7/12\, 7/26\, 8/9\, 8/23\,  any scheduling for September through the end of the year will be special scheduled projects. \nProgram times will be from 3:30pm to 5:00pm with dinner after 5. \nFood will be planned for after every session\, a donation is accepted however not expected.

DESCRIPTION:This month’s Gathering will be at Vans Aircraft\, at the south end of Aurora State Airport. \nSchedule: \n6:30 pm Pizza will be served  \n7:00 Welcome and EAA Chaptergram \n7:10 Van’s leadership Remarks \n7:25 Founder’s Remarks \n7:35 RV-15 Presentation \n7:55 Cacility Tour \n8:30 Wrap it up \nPeople who drive are encouraged to carpool and can park in the Van’s Aircraft front parking lot. \nPrimary aircraft parking is in front of the India Hangar (AIRCRAFT PARKING on the overhead image). \nOverflow parking only if primary parking is full\, in the areas labelled as such. \nVan’s Aircraft\, Inc.\n14401 Keil Rd NE\nAurora\, OR 97002 \n\nChapter Gatherings – are typically on the second Thursday of every month\, 6:30 pm\, usually at the EAA 105 Hangar (G1) at Twin Oaks Airpark\, although sometimes at other venues. We have some food (small donation requested) and socialize from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. The meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. with the EAA Monthly video\, followed by a special program. Upcoming programs TBD. We are looking for volunteers to help organize or present at future meetings. You can discuss your build project\, do a presentation\, invite a speaker\, show a movie\, or organize a field trip.
