Pilots and Friends,
Lets meet at Twin Oaks at 0800 hours to fly together to Independence to attend the STOL Wars Competition.
8:00 AM will give us time to have some coffee and get to independence before the NOTAM closure. Note that the airport will be closed until 1400 hours .

7:00 AM – Registration & Door Opens
7:00 – 10:00 AM – Breakfast
8:00 – 9:00 AM – Mandatory Safety Briefing (Pilots & Ground Crew)
9:30 – 12:30 PM – STOL Competition
11:30 – 1:30 PM – Lunch
1:00 PM – STOL WARS Award Ceremony
Single adult admission to 2025 Wings Over Willamette Fly-in for both days (August 16 and 17). US$ 10.00
Single youth admission to 2025 Wings Over Willamette Fly-in. Admission to those age 17 and under is free. US$ 0.00
