Bruce Rose will present the Double Eagle, an inexpensive, open-cockpit, 2-passenger, ELSA powered by a Volkswagen engine. The presentation at the June EAA105 chapter meeting will discuss the specifications, construction techniques and heritage of the Double Eagle design. Also presented will be how and why one of our chapter members came to be the owner of the original Double Eagle and the plans for the future of the airplane.
