Hi there,

We’re excited to invite you and your organization to be part of the 2025 Oregon International Air Show in Hillsboro, happening May 16–18! It’s an awesome chance to support a major community event, earn service hours, and be part of something unforgettable.

We’re especially looking for volunteers to help in these areas:

• Admissions – Be the smiling face that welcomes guests and scans tickets at our entry gates. Great for people who enjoy interacting with others!
• STEAM Center – Help manage our hands-on science and tech experience space. Perfect for those who love working with kids and showcasing innovation.
• Equipment Crew – Ideal for early birds or folks who like being active—set up and support essential gear across the field.

Shift Details:

• Most shifts are around 4–5 hours, with exception to Equipment Crew 
• Opportunities available Monday 5/12 – Sunday 5/18, with the main event days being Friday night 5/16, Saturday 5/17, and Sunday 5/18
• Volunteers get free entry for the day they work, snacks/lunch, and more!
